Both of these organisations have operated in The West Midlands, nationally and internationally for many years.

Ken Day

Ken established Florian Fire & Safety Services in 1995 having spent 27 years in the British Fire Service with five local authorities. During his career he held various responsibilities including health and safety, shipping and port risks, equipment development, legislative enforcement, operations and training. Latterly he commanded a division of thirteen fire stations and has served on various Home Office committees.

Since establishing the practice Ken has personally provided H & S advice in some 48 countries World-wide.

Kerry Ferguson

Kerry specialises in employment law and has many years experience of representing clients in Employment Tribunals.

He founded The Ferguson Partnership in 1989 having spent many years in senior positions in industry including British Aerospace, The Littlewoods Organisation, GKN and Asda Group. With Asda Group he was Organisation Development Manager, Head of Management Development and Training, and Human Resources Director of Allied Carpets.
